• Sport and Art Week: Unexpected demand to pay let

We have been asked to pay the let fees for the Dumyat Centre on behalf of Reachout and Sports Development for the Sport and Art Week which will take place during the school holidays.
The general feeling was: "Why are we being asked to pay for lets when charges are being made to the users and we have only a limited amount of funds?"

13. Date and time of the next meeting

Tuesday 13th September 2011 at 7.00 pm in the Dumyat Centre.
